We are currently seeking an IT Systems Technician to join our team and help keep our technology infrastructure running smoothly across our operations. The Opportunity The IT Systems Technician plays a critical role in supporting the systems and technology our employees rely on every day. From onboarding new employees and troubleshooting technical issues to supporting Microsoft 365 environments and maintaining endpoint performance, this role helps ensure our teams can operate efficiently and securely. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where technology directly supports healthcare operations and patient safety. What You'll Do User Support & Endpoint Management Provide day-to-day technical support across hardware, software, and business applications Set up and decommission user accounts, devices, and system access Support onboarding and offboarding processes with accuracy and consistency Maintain endpoint performance, patching, and device compliance Systems & Infrastructure Support Support and administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools Perform routine maintenance, updates, and security patching Assist with network connectivity, VPNs, printers, and site-level infrastructure Monitor system health and proactively address recurring issues Issue Resolution & Security Troubleshoot technical issues across systems, applications, and endpoints Manage support tickets through resolution with clear communication and documentation Follow and support IT security and compliance standards within a regulated environment Identify and escalate potential risks or vulnerabilities Process Improvement & Project Support Maintain accurate system and asset documentation Assist with SOP development and continuous improvement initiatives Support IT projects, upgrades, and system rollouts Coordinate with vendors and external service providers when needed Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field — or equivalent experience 3-6 years of IT support or systems administration experience Experience supporting small to mid-sized business environments Strong knowledge of: Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) Active Directory and user access management Windows operating systems and endpoint troubleshooting Basic networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting Experience with Intune or other endpoint management tools preferred Exposure to ERP systems such as QAD or SAP is a plus PowerShell or scripting experience is a plus Who You Are You are someone who: Takes ownership and follows through Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical users Thrives in a fast-paced environment Stays organized and process-oriented Enjoys solving problems and improving systems Values teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Why Safecor Health?
