Job Description
  •  Serve as the senior technical SME for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms
  •  Architect, administer, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise SharePoint environments
  •  Support SharePoint 2016, SharePoint 2019, and SharePoint Subscription Edition environments
  •  Lead SharePoint and Microsoft 365 migration initiatives, including on-prem to cloud and cloud-to-cloud migrations
  •  Support tenant-to-tenant migrations associated with acquisitions, divestitures, and organizational transformations
  •  Design and implement scalable collaboration solutions aligned with business requirements
  •  Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph APIs
  •  Modernize legacy SharePoint applications and workflow solutions using Power Platform and other low-code technologies
  •  Provide technical leadership, mentorship, documentation, and operational guidance across the collaboration team

  •  5+ years of advanced SharePoint administration and engineering experience
  •  Extensive experience supporting SharePoint On-Prem environments, including: o SharePoint 2016 o SharePoint 2019 o SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE)
  •  Experience architecting enterprise SharePoint environments
  •  Strong SharePoint migration experience
  •  Experience supporting SharePoint infrastructure including: o Windows Server o SQL Server o IIS o Active Directory o Load Balancers o Virtual Server Environments
  •  Extensive Microsoft 365 collaboration experience including: o SharePoint Online o Microsoft Teams o OneDrive
  •  Advanced PowerShell scripting experience
  •  Microsoft Graph API experience
  •  Experience building and supporting workflow solutions
  •  Experience leading technical initiatives and modernization efforts
  •  Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  •  Nintex experience
  •  Nintex K2 experience
  •  Tenant-to-tenant migration experience
  •  Microsoft 365 governance and compliance experience
  •  Microsoft licensing experience
  •  Experience supporting acquisitions and divestitures
  •  Experience supporting large global Microsoft 365 environments
  •  Experience leading enterprise digital workplace transformation projects
