Job Description
IT OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR
Location:
Millersburg Ohio. This position requires the associate to be onsite full time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Position Summary The IT Operations Administrator is responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and security of Centor's IT environment. This position provides technical support, administers systems and user accounts, maintains hardware and software, supports cybersecurity and networks, and assists with IT projects and improvements. The role works closely with employees, leadership, vendors, and corporate/Gerresheimer IT. Essential Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting. Administer user accounts, permissions, and system access. Set up and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment. Support Microsoft 365, business applications, networks, and connectivity. Maintain IT assets, licenses, documentation, and system records. Support cybersecurity, backups, system updates, and access controls. Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements. Coordinate with corporate IT and outside technology vendors. Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment and system access. Provide employees with basic technology and cybersecurity guidance. Perform other IT duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 2-5 years of IT support or systems administration experience. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and user administration. Experience with Active Directory/Entra ID preferred. Manufacturing or industrial IT experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Ability to work effectively with corporate IT, vendors, and employees. Any other duties necessary Work Environment This position works in both office and manufacturing environments and may require occasional lifting or movement of IT equipment.
