The Generation Service Technician has safety, customer satisfaction, and business responsibilities within data center operations. The person in this role is responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, diagnosing and providing quality repairs of electrical generator systems and related engine mechanical failures. As both a technical expert and primary customer support liaison, the Generator Service Technician is responsible for maintaining consistent communication with clients to ensure an exceptional customer experience while maximizing data center availability. All necessary tools and equipment will be provided by AWS. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of relevant work experience Experience in relevant work Can bend or twist the body into unusual positions while working Can use hands to manipulate small wires and objects Can walk on job sites in uneven terrain Can work at heights and from ladders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
