• 28+ per hour based on experience ReZpro Home Services is hiring an experienced Service Technician / Handyman to perform residential and commercial repair, maintenance, and improvement work throughout the Tulsa area.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, well-rounded, professional, and capable of completing quality work with limited supervision. This is a great opportunity for an experienced handyman, maintenance technician, remodeler, or construction professional who enjoys variety and wants consistent work with a growing company. Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial repair and maintenance work Complete assigned service calls and projects efficiently and professionally Troubleshoot common repair and maintenance issues Drywall repair, patching, texturing, and finishing Interior and exterior painting General carpentry, trim, doors, cabinets, and hardware Flooring repairs and installation Fixture installation and replacement Punch-list and make-ready work Rental and property turnover repairs Commercial facility maintenance and repairs Minor plumbing and electrical work within appropriate handyman scope Identify when specialized or licensed trades are required Determine materials needed to complete assigned work Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and commercial customers Keep customers and the office informed of job progress or scope changes Maintain clean and organized jobsites Properly care for company tools, equipment, and vehicles Document completed work, including job notes and photos

Qualifications Required:

3+ years of handyman, maintenance, remodeling, construction, or related experience Experience across multiple trades rather than a single specialty Strong general repair and troubleshooting skills Ability to perform quality work with limited supervision Good attention to detail Professional communication and customer-service skills Dependable and punctual Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of residential and commercial repair work

Preferred Experience:

Drywall repair and finishing Carpentry and trim work Painting Flooring Door and hardware installation Basic plumbing repairs Basic electrical repairs Commercial or facility maintenance Rental property or make-ready work Remodeling and renovation You do not need to be an expert in every trade. We are looking for someone with a strong overall skill set who knows how to diagnose problems, complete quality repairs, and recognize when something is outside their scope. Compensation & Position $20
