Job Description
Join our team! We're looking for IT Professional with experience in Microsoft server platforms and Desktop support.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and administer Windows servers supporting business-critical applications. 2. Deploy and support network printers including application specific installations. 3. Maintain and ensure successful backups and replication of bank data, including cloud-based offsite replications. 4. Work with business customers to deploy Bank solutions and provide system support, as necessary. 5. Lead support efforts for all desktop business applications deployed at the bank. 6. Participate in disaster recovery, business continuity, backup restoration, infrastructure failover, and cybersecurity incident response testing. Document results and address assigned follow-up items. Execute assigned responsibilities for activating the Disaster Recovery Plan in the event of a disaster. 7. Deploy computers to team members. This includes replacing existing devices as well as deploying equipment for new team members. 8. Administer and support enterprise storage systems. Monitor capacity, availability, performance, replication, firmware, and access controls, and coordinate maintenance and upgrades. 9. Administer and support virtual infrastructure. 10. Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless systems, virtual private network (VPN) connectivity, network segmentation, and related services. Coordinate with vendors and service providers when additional support is required. 11. Maintain current network, system, and data-flow documentation. 12. Support the Bank's cybersecurity program by maintaining secure system configurations, applying patches and firmware updates, remediating identified vulnerabilities, managing system access in accordance with least-privilege principles, and supporting multi-factor authentication and other security controls. 13. Monitor system, network, and security alerts; investigate and escalate unusual activity, service interruptions, suspected vulnerabilities, and potential cybersecurity incidents in accordance with established incident response procedures. 14. Assist with cybersecurity assessments, internal and external audits, penetration and vulnerability testing, remediation tracking, and the collection of supporting documentation requested by management, auditors, examiners, or regulators. A four-year degree in Computer Science or similar technology area is preferred, along with a minimum of three years' experience applying technical skills in a corporate or financial services environment. While every effort is made to work standard hours (i.e. 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday), as with any technology-focused job, there may be times where after-hour activities will require working non-standard hours on occasion.
