We are seeking a Field Installation & Service Technician who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and interacting directly with customers. In this role, you'll travel to client sites to install, troubleshoot, service and repair automated systems and equipment. You'll ensure our advanced machinery runs smoothly while delivering excellent customer service and technical expertise. Responsibilities
  • Travel to customer sites to install, repair, and service automated material handling systems.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues in production equipment.
  • Inspect and test systems during and after installation or repairs.
  • Replace or repair components including:
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Electrical panels and control boards
  • Valves, gauges, cylinders, and bearings
  • Conduct operator training for end-users and maintenance teams.
  • Provide spare parts support and documentation for ongoing maintenance.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technical support teams for complex troubleshooting.
  • Prepare clear and timely service reports. Qualifications
  • Technical diploma or equivalent experience in mechanical, electrical, or automation fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in field service or equipment installation preferred.
  • Strong understanding of industrial machinery and automation systems.
  • Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics (electrical and mechanical).
  • Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 100%).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication with customers.
  • Valid driver's license and passport (or ability to obtain one). What We Offer
