Managed Services Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Managed Services Engineer II to join our growing IT support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex technical issues, supporting end users, and working in fast-paced MSP environments. Responsibilities Provide advanced technical support for clients and internal teams Troubleshoot and resolve escalated desktop, server, networking, and cloud issues Support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, DNS/DHCP, and remote access technologies Install, configure, and maintain workstations, hardware, and software Document support activities and standard operating procedures Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Experience with Windows Desktop/Server, Microsoft 365, networking, and cloud technologies Familiarity with Azure/Entra, VPNs, TCP/IP, and remote support tools A+ certification or equivalent experience preferred Preferred Skills Network+ or Microsoft certifications Experience with PSA, RMM, MDM, or monitoring tools Scripting or automation experience is a plus

Pay:

$60.00 - $70.00 per hour
