This position is responsible for providing technical and customer support, performing maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting energy storage systems, and maintaining accurate service documentation for

units. The ideal candidate is technically capable, customer-focused, highly organized, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a fast-paced team. This role includes remote technical support as well as travel to customer locations for service, maintenance, training, and repairs. Key Responsibilities Provide professional technical support to customers by phone and email. Diagnose and troubleshoot customer units remotely. Travel to customer sites for maintenance, commissioning support, training, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed. Manage assigned customer service tickets and follow-up activities in HubSpot. Complete customer onboarding and maintain accurate customer and unit information in HubSpot. Maintain detailed service records, unit logs, maintenance history, and technical documentation. Support warranty and non-warranty service claims. Document and report field quality issues to the Quality team. Identify and submit manufacturing defects and coordinate the RMA process. Report non-conforming parts and coordinate with the Purchasing Coordinator as required. Assist customers with spare-parts identification and quotations. Update unit documentation based on field experience, service activities, and product changes. Assist the Technical Support Manager with service-related activities, escalations, and customer issues. Maintain effective email, calendar, and service scheduling organization. Ensure service work areas, tools, and equipment are maintained in a clean, safe, and organized condition. Qualifications & Requirements Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical documentation. Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical installation, electrical assembly, electronics, field service, or a related technical environment. Electrician, electronics, or related technical certification preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. High level of computer literacy and ability to learn new software platforms and technical systems. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to learn quickly and take initiative. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively with a team. Commitment to workplace organization, cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. Knowledge of manufacturing and electrical safety practices. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift a minimum of 40 lbs., with occasional lifting of up to 90 lbs.
