Qualifications:

At least two years of experience administering SolarWinds in an enterprise production environment Strong working knowledge of SNMP, WMI, ICMP, Syslog, NetFlow, REST APIs, and SQL Experience supporting both Windows Server and Linux operating systems Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, with equivalent experience considered SolarWinds Certified Professional certification a plus Strong analytical troubleshooting skills and excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day oversight

Responsibilities:

Administer, maintain, secure, back up, upgrade, and optimize the SolarWinds platform and its supporting components Configure and maintain Orion Platform, Network Performance Monitor, Server and Application Monitor, Network Configuration Manager, NetFlow Traffic Analyzer, and IP Address Manager Develop and maintain monitoring standards, templates, dashboards, reports, alerts, and thresholds Troubleshoot monitoring issues and escalate infrastructure concerns as needed Provide recommendations on monitoring architecture and coverage as the environment matures Maintain documentation on monitoring configuration and standards For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
