SkySystems USA is an owner-managed, Austin-based Managed Services Provider that builds, supports, and improves end-to-end infrastructure for small and mid-sized businesses worldwide. Our mission is to "demystify technology," delivering 24 × 7 full-service IT support, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and project consulting for clients who rely on us as their trusted partner. Why this role matters We're expanding to support a growing customer base—churches, government agencies, and small businesses—in the Tulsa metro. You'll be the face of SkySystems USA in Oklahoma, providing both remote and on-site support while staying connected to our Austin HQ and engineering team in Germany on cutting-edge initiatives. What you'll do
  • Core Responsibilities On-site & remote user support
  • Troubleshoot endpoints (macOS & Windows), printers, mobile devices, AV systems, and business apps via RMM/ticketing tools. Cloud workspace administration
  • Provision, secure, and optimize Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants (Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, Entra, Workspace Admin). Network & Wi-Fi management
  • Deploy and maintain Ubiquiti UniFi switching, gateway, and wireless, including VLANs, VPNs, and QoS. Cybersecurity hygiene
  • Implement MFA, patching, EDR, and backup checks; assist with security awareness and compliance tasks. Project collaboration
  • Join mixed US/German squads on global Projects and initiatives. Contribute to diverse Cloud, network, and datacenter deployments. Documentation & continuous improvement
  • Keep client runbooks, asset inventories, and SOPs current; suggest process and automation enhancements.
What makes you a great fit 3+ years in a help-desk, field-service, or systems-administrator role. Strong macOS and Windows support experience (Apple-silicon & Intel) Hands-on Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online) and Google Workspace admin. Proven UniFi / Ubiquiti deployment & troubleshooting skills (USG/UDM, UISP Switches, APs). Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi surveys). Basic cybersecurity mindset—can speak to MFA, least-privilege, endpoint protection, and backups. Comfortable with PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting for automation. Clear, friendly communication with non-technical users; professional written documentation. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and daily ability to visit client sites around Tulsa. Able to pass a background check required by some government agencies and church ministries.
