Job Description

Purpose The IT Administrator/Coordinator reports to the IT Director and is responsible for day-to-day IT support, inventory of equipment, identify/document/verify Service Level Agreements and contracts, create/maintain departmental SOP and inventory documentation, and provide superior customer service. The IT Administrator/Coordinator will also support and assist with discovering innovative technologies to enhance Capital Vacations work product and help create an IT support framework that is consistent with best business practices. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Help define, achieve, and improve on IT Dept Service Level Agreements & Contracts used within the Business. Assist Capital Vacations staff in the use of available software programs, answer questions and provide useful tips about software and equipment. Periodic maintenance of Corporate Users & Contacts database. Ongoing maintenance of IT equipment inventory database. Support IT team in sourcing, building, and implementing new technology to the support organizations. Assist in executing IT corporate initiatives and see them through to completion. Help define, achieve, and improve on IT Dept written SOP's to be used by support team. Create or coordinate the organization of site-specific documentation used by support team. General Statement - Performs the job assigned complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity. Certifications and Experience:
2+ years experience in administrative or support roles with a focus on customer support. Friendly & customer focused support a must. Able to function effectively in a high-paced environment. Extremely comfortable in MS Windows environments using the MS Office suite.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Makes effective use of time and complete tasks efficiently and on time. Organizationally savvy to handle multiple business priorities simultaneously and prioritize and complete work within stringent deadlines. Able to work with a team, communicate effectively, and have high attention to detail. Willingness to learn new technologies to support company growth
