We are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Information Technologist to support the technology systems that keep our manufacturing site operating safely, reliably, and efficiently. This role serves as the primary on-site technology resource for plant floor systems, computer imaging, operator terminals, network hardware, servers, and other IT-related infrastructure used to support daily production. The ideal candidate is a responsive problem solver who is comfortable working directly in a manufacturing environment, partnering with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and corporate IT teams to troubleshoot issues, maintain system uptime, and improve technology reliability across the site. Key Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing site technology, including plant floor computers, operator terminals, computer dispatch systems, printers, scanners, and other production-related IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and server-related issues that impact manufacturing operations.
- Partner with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and corporate IT teams to resolve system issues and minimize production downtime.
- Support and maintain manufacturing systems such as
HMI/SCADA
platforms, Wonderware, Allen-Bradley interfaces, SQL databases, virtual servers, and network hardware.
- Assist with system upgrades, equipment installations, user access, backups, documentation, and technology standardization across the site.
- Serve as the local point of contact for IT-related support, escalation, and coordination with remote technical teams.
Pay:
$73,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
