Documentation and reporting:
Create and maintain complex server / cloud infrastructure diagrams, device configurations, test plans, availability reports, and backup procedures.Performance Measurement Incident response:
Promptly respond to and recover from network-related production interruptions.Risk awareness:
Identify and escalate network and security risks per credit union policy.Asset management:
Maintain accurate device inventory and assist with license compliance tracking.Continuous improvement:
Provide clear hardware and software requirements to supervisors for product procurement. Experience Five years to eight years of similar or related experience. Education (1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).Interpersonal Skills Strong communication:

Ability to operate a motor vehicle (including a truck or van) with no restrictions. Employee must maintain a valid active license and insurance policy. Reaching and Stretching- Reaching and stretching, above and below the shoulders, able to connect wiring, cables, and work at heights and outside.
