Our Marysville office, conveniently located off the I-5 corridor and less than 25 minutes from Everett, serves tight-knit northern Snohomish County communities. This team is small, compassionate, and tenacious—committed to helping youth and families thrive in underserved areas. Watch the video What You'll Do As a Youth Support Partner , you will: Use your lived experience as a young person with behavioral health needs to connect authentically with clients. Provide mentorship, advocacy, and peer support to youth participating in WISe services. Help youth find their voice, participate in care planning, and build lasting support networks. Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends , in home, office, and community settings. What You Bring High School Diploma or GED (AA or BA in related field preferred) Must be 21 years of age or older Lived experience with mental health services as a youth Completion of Certified Peer Support Specialist training course before start; CPSS-T credential in pending status before start.
