POSITION SUMMARY
The IT Systems Administrator supports and improves Xiogenix business technology platforms, including the company's ERP, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, reporting tools, and emerging AI applications. This role administers system configurations and access, creates dashboards and reports, resolves user and system issues, and helps ensure reliable, consistent business data across the organization. Working cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and outside technology partners, this position translates business needs into practical systems, reporting, workflow, and automation improvements. The ideal candidate is analytical, service-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable balancing business systems administration with hands-on technology support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Systems Administration Administer and support the company's ERP and other business systems. Maintain system configurations, users, permissions, and security. Create reports, dashboards, and queries for business users. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with software vendors. Assist with system upgrades, testing, and new feature implementation. Improve data quality and consistency across business systems. Help optimize workflows within the ERP and other software platforms. Reporting & Business Intelligence Build and maintain executive dashboards. Develop reports for Finance, Sales, Operations, Engineering, Regulatory, and Quality. Analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities. Automate recurring reports and KPI reporting. Create standardized reporting across departments. SharePoint & Process Improvement Build and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and dashboards. Replace spreadsheets with standardized business tools where appropriate. Improve workflows using SharePoint and Microsoft 365. Create documentation and standard operating procedures. AI & Automation Support the company's AI initiatives using ChatGPT, the data warehouse, and other AI platforms. Develop standardized AI reports, prompts, and workflows. Help connect business systems to AI applications. Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes. Technology Support Set up computers and employee workstations. Support hardware, software, printers, and office technology. Assist employees with technical issues. Coordinate with outside IT partners on larger infrastructure projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience supporting ERP, business systems, reporting, IT administration, or related business technology functions preferred. Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms preferred. Ability to create reports, dashboards, queries, and standardized data outputs for business users. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and process-improvement skills. Working knowledge of user administration, permissions, system security, and data quality practices. Interest in AI tools, workflow automation, and practical application of emerging technologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment.

$70,000.00 per year
