Role Overview:

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Junior Technician to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining the continuous operation of our HPC and Bitcoin mining facilities. This position requires consistent on-site presence, timely response to operational issues, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced, small team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and diagnose system and equipment issues in real time Respond immediately to operational alerts and equipment failures Perform daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs Assist with installation, configuration, and relocation of equipment Maintain uptime and operational stability of mining and HPC systems

Essential Job Functions:

Continuous on-site presence during assigned shifts is required Must be able to respond quickly and effectively to time-sensitive operational issues Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, moving, and installing equipment (up to 50 lbs) on a regular basis Work in a small team environment where each team member is responsible for contributing to all operational tasks Ability to complete tasks within required operational timeframes No alternative or "light duty" positions are available due to the nature of the operation

Qualifications:

Experience in technical troubleshooting and basic knowledge of electrical systems Ability to follow instructions and work independently Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting Ability to lift heavy objects and physical stamina High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred Prior industry experience is highly preferred
