Job Description

Overview:
Turple Communications LLC is hiring an Junior Field Technician to support internal and client-facing IT operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving technical problems and maintaining robust IT systems in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Assist with system installations, upgrades, and configurations. Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and security protocols. Participate in shift work and on-call support schedules. Occasionally work from heights and lift heavy equipment. Maintain documentation and asset tracking. Help desk
Requirements:
Experience in IT support or systems administration. Capable of heavy lifting and working from heights when needed. Windows Experience Strong problem-solving and communication skills Valid Driver's License. Ability to pass a clean security background check. Willingness to perform on-call duties and shift work.
Preferred Experience:
TWIC card is considered an asset Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco)

Full-time Pay:
$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
