Job Description
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks :

Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and system groups. Qualifications Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within a particular fields. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Ability to multi-task. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Required certification in A+, with additional certification required in at least one of the following: Network +, Security +, MCP, CCENT, or VCP. Even without VCP, a basic understanding of VMWare is preferred. Must be able to travel to our offices within and outside of DFW Metroplex.Education:
An Associates Degree or equivalent and 1-4 years of experience in the IT or related field.Experience:
1-4 years of IT, or related field, experienceAdditional Qualifications:
Required certification in A+, with additional certification required in at least one of the following: Network +, Security +, MCP, CCENT, or VCP. Even without VCP, a basic understanding of VMWare is preferred. Requirements forLevel I Status:
Entry level (1-4 years experience) and/or meet the basic requirements of the job with the need for additional supervision. Excess of 4 years experience if meeting only the basic requirements of the job with need for additional supervision.Performance Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient technical (computer) skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Self-motivated with initiative. Strong sense of ethics.
