Position Summary:

The Lead Technician is responsible for the appropriate servicing of client's accounts and is responsible for training, and monitoring technician as directed by Account Manager(s). This position typically works a 25-hour work week, Monday > Friday, 5:00pm > 10:00pm.

Position Requirements:

Must have personal "Smart" Cell Phone and know how to use it. You will be trained as to how to access multiple online systems on your personal "Smart" Cell Phone. Clear background. High school or equivalent education. Ability to communicate in English; can use personal cell phone Translator app if needed. Valid FL Driver's License is required + proof of personal auto insurance. Timely reporting on a nightly basis. Military experience is highly valued. Attention to detail and willingness to please our customers by providing outstanding service.
