What You'll Do:

Technology Support:

Troubleshoot laptops, tablets, printers, projectors, TVs, software, and classroom equipment.

Devices & Inventory:

Install and maintain devices; prepare classrooms for the school year; collect, reset, inventory, and redeploy equipment.

Accounts & Access:

Manage user accounts in Google Admin, Securly, and other school platforms; assist with passwords and application issues.

Purchasing & Vendors:

Track supplies and equipment, place orders, and coordinate repairs, warranties, and replacements.

School Operations:

Prepare devices for testing, document issues and procedures, and assist with technology and network projects.

Requirements:

Experience:

Previous IT, help desk, computer support, or related experience preferred. K-12 experience is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with common devices. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Chromebooks, or Google Admin preferred.

Work Style:

Organized, communicative, able to manage multiple priorities independently, and willing to learn new systems.
