Information Technology Job Description Summary:
The Endpoint Engineer is responsible for the design, deployment, configuration, maintenance, security, and lifecycle management of all end-user computing devices across the organization. This role ensures endpoint systems remain secure, compliant, reliable, and optimized to support business operations. Position Responsibilities Attitude- Demonstrates great teamwork, shares information with others, responsive with all communications/deliverables, collaborates with the team to resolve open issues. - Collaborate in the assessment, planning, communication and the implementation of processes. Service Delivery
- Takes ownership of issues, ensures accuracy with deliverables, completes tasks according to timelines, demonstrates service recovery, and communicates in a consistent manner. Service Management
- Tests, monitors, patches, application deployment and OS configuration for user endpoints governed by IT policies. Training
- Provides training to Technical Services team for endpoint deployment and management to ensure quality, and operability of configurations. Issue Resolution
- Resolves/escalates issues and collaborate with other teams if necessary. Support
- Provides technical support in the assessment of, ITGC (Information Technology General Controls), responds to issues reported by user community and collaboration with IT teams. Efficiency
- Proactively monitors endpoint environment to identify devices that are not compliant for remediation. Design
- Contributes to the development of IT policies and procedures in areas of system access, Cybersecurity, change management, computer operations and system development. Maintenance
- Demonstrates proficiency in competency on upkeep and patching of the operating systems and software delivery on multiple platforms. Knowledge
- Demonstrates technical knowledge and best practices in the deployment of endpoint management and software delivery. Development
- Implementation of operating systems standards and software delivery using guidelines provided by the IT policies, impacting all endpoints Qualifications License/Registration/Certification A+ and/or Network + or equivalent certification or experience Education Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience Experience 5+ years years direct technical experience.
