Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Onsite IT Technicians in various locations over the US to provide essential technical support within our organization. This role involves installing and de-installing of POS and pin pads, decommissioning of equipment, maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting our staff with their IT needs. The ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach to technical support. Responsibilities Deliver technical troubleshooting support to resolve hardware and software issues promptly. Provide Windows support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows-based systems. Offer desktop support to end-users, assisting with setup, upgrades, and resolving connectivity or performance problems. Maintain and update IT equipment and peripherals to ensure optimal functionality. Assist in the setup of new hardware and software for staff members. Document technical issues and solutions accurately for future reference. Collaborate with the IT team to improve existing processes and implement new solutions as needed. Requirements Proven experience in technical troubleshooting support, particularly with Windows operating systems. Strong desktop support skills, including hardware installation and repairs and software installations. Knowledge of network configurations and connectivity troubleshooting is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively assist non-technical users. Ability to work onsite consistently and adapt to a dynamic work environment. Willingness to commute between customer sites and have own transportation Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Pay:
$28.71 - $34.57 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 40.0 per week
