Job Description

CashMan Services is looking for highly motivated field technicians for part-time to full-time work in a fast-paced environment. Here at CashMan, we have three areas of expertise: Armored Transportation & Vaulting, Physical Security, and Cash & Coin Equipment. We are the only company in the area that specializes in all three of these. Your Role as an
ATM Technician:
This role is primarily based out of the Boise, ID area. In this position, you are responsible for the maintenance of ATM equipment and software as well as hardware diagnostics. This person is also responsible for filling and balancing ATMs on route Wednesday
  • Friday.
Our ideal candidate will need to work independently and will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills. This position may require the use of basic hand tools and a general understanding of PC, PC peripherals, and network connectivity. Skill levels will be assessed by management, formal technical training, and field audits. The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits: Critical thinking / problem solving Ethics and integrity Time management Verbal and written communication skills Ability to adapt quickly and efficiently
Additional Responsibilities:
Prioritizing and planning service calls. Assigned route as an armored guard. Responsible for all onsite communication with customers (check-in, departure, etc.) during the work process. Some low voltage wiring and security tech work may be necessary. Install/services CCTV (Hikvision and Digi Op systems), Alarm, and Access Control systems. Performing maintenance on ATMs. Cash handling Performing install functions or technical fixes. Diebold, Hyosung experience is beneficial. Completes and turns in all required paperwork in a timely manner according to established procedures and deadlines. Accounts for all installation tools/equipment and all job parts/ inventory. Communicates effectively and frequently with management, direct supervisor, and other company personnel. Maintain assigned vehicles according to established standards

Qualifications:
A smartphone capable of using our web-based work order system. High School Diploma or equivalent. Authorized to work in the United States. Able to use standard hand and power tools. Intermediate PC skills using Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate through handheld device applications. Ability to regularly lift and carry 50-100 pounds, work indoors and outside, stand for extended periods of time, ability to drive a vehicle for extended periods of time, bend, kneel, and reach freely. Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Vault, safe, lock maintenance, and troubleshooting experience preferred. Clean driving record and is able to maintain a clean driving record while operating company vehicles. Technical/Vocation trade school training or experience with ATMs in preferred. Must return a satisfactory background investigation. (Criminal history, motor vehicle report, and credit report) Must be able to pass a drug screening.
