We're looking for a Level 1 Network Operations Center Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on, in-house support role perfect for someone who enjoys technical problem-solving, working directly with customers, and helping connect communities to fast, reliable broadband. This is a desk-based role in our Noblesville office — you'll be the voice customers reach when their internet isn't working, and the first person to spot trouble on the network. Key Responsibilities Answer customer calls, emails, and support tickets as our first point of contact Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues — Wi-Fi, routers, signal quality, and service outages Monitor network dashboards and alarms; catch problems before customers call Document every issue clearly and completely in our ticketing system Identify when an issue is one customer versus an entire area, and escalate quickly when it matters Coordinate with field technicians on service calls, installs, and dispatch Follow established procedures and know when to hand off to Tier 2 Requirements Must reside in the greater Indianapolis area and be able to work on-site in Noblesville Valid Indiana driver's license Basic networking and computer knowledge — Wi-Fi, routers, modems, IP addresses Comfortable learning new software quickly; you'll work in several systems daily Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills — patient and clear on the phone Able to work independently, especially on weekend shifts High school diploma or equivalent Help desk, call center, ISP, cable, or IT support experience (preferred) CompTIA A+ or Network+ a plus What We Offer Competitive pay: $20-$25/hour, based on experience Set full-time schedule with two consecutive weekdays off Health insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays Paid training — we teach you networking from the ground up, no prior ISP experience needed Certification reimbursement (CompTIA, MikroTik, Cisco) Company laptop and equipment provided Clear promotion path to NOC Technician II — this is where our senior techs started Work with cutting-edge broadband and wireless technology Career growth opportunities in a fast-evolving industry Join a team that's connecting Indiana — one call, one customer, one neighborhood at a time.
