Entry Level IT Technician

Job Description:

• This is an in-office position based out of our location in North Andover, MA
• TSD Mobility Solutions, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our expanding team!

In this role, you'll work alongside dedicated IT professionals to provide comprehensive in-house technical support for our associates, focusing on both PC hardware and software. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to user calls and tickets to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain end-user workstations. Beyond workstation support, you'll also manage network devices, VoIP systems, Active Directory accounts, and email administration, as well as support a variety of applications. Additionally, you'll have opportunities to contribute to special projects, allowing you to research emerging technologies and tackle complex technical challenges. We're looking for responsible, dependable IT professionals who are committed to building a long-term career with us in Information Technology. Training:

You will receive comprehensive training covering all aspects of the job related to Reynolds-based products. The primary focus will be on Desktop and Server Operating Systems, Network Administration, and support for PCs, printers, and telephony, with an emphasis on hands-on learning. Additionally, further training resources and opportunities are available for self-motivated individuals who are eager to excel and advance their skills.

Requirements:

2-year IT degree or equivalent experience; A+ Certification is a plus Professional, strong work ethic Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills Strong technical skills in hardware and software troubleshooting Excellent customer service skills through verbal and written communication Must be willing and able to sit at desk or be on your feet and walk for entire duration of shift Requires the ability to lift 50+ lbs, with occasional kneeling, crouching, crawling, and climbing
