- Director What You'll Do You'll be out in the field keeping our network strong, reliable, and ready for anything: Troubleshoot and repair HFC (Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial) networks Test and optimize signal performance Maintain key network equipment (nodes, fiber systems, power supplies) Perform fiber splicing and activation Handle outages and support emergency restoration Conduct preventative maintenance and system balancing Identify signal leakage and ensure compliance Support network expansion and serviceability Deliver excellent customer service while representing WOW !
