As a Printer field break fix technician, you will be part of the Service Support Department supporting Customer Solutions Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Billings, MT 59102 What's the Job? Provide hardware support and related services for HP PC Products, including laptops, desktops, RPOS, and workstations. Configure hardware, software, and simple network components on customer sites. Perform unit repairs and assist in technical action plans to resolve PC and printer issues. Interact directly with customers to educate them about technology and ensure satisfaction. Manage multiple service events efficiently while maintaining quality and adherence to contractual commitments. What's Needed? Technical or mechanical hardware repair experience. Ability to troubleshoot various hardware problems, including printers and third-party software or networks. High School diploma or equivalent; additional hardware technology training or college preferred. Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, crawling, and sitting.
