Description Our client, a leading organization in the technology support industry, is seeking a dedicated HP PC/er break/fix field Technician to join their team. As a Break Fix Hardware Technician, you will be part of the Service Support Department supporting a dynamic team of technical professionals. Job Title HP PC/er break/fix field Technician Location Montana, MT Pay Range $28 - $30 per hour What's the Job? Provide hardware support and repair services for PC products including laptops, desktops, RPOS, and workstations. Configure hardware, software, and networkponents to resolve technical issues on-site. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware problems with ers and related peripherals, utilizing mechanical and technical skills. Manage critical service events efficiently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Collaborate with escalation teams and technical personnel to develop effective action plans for remediation. What's Needed? Strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools and alignment apparatus. Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues logically and systematically, including third-party software and networkponents. Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills, especially when interacting directly with customers on-site. Ability to prioritize multiple activities and adapt quickly to changing situations.
