This role is vital have experience with Cat6 cabling infrastructure, terminations, fiber optics, and network IT closet .As a Lead Tech Technician, you will be at the forefront of technical innovation, problem-solving, and operational efficiency, inspiring your team to achieve outstanding results every day. Duties Oversee daily technical operations, ensuring all systems and equipment function optimally and efficiently. Lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to foster professional growth. Conduct complex diagnostics and troubleshooting on a wide range of technical systems, including hardware, software, and network components. Coordinate maintenance schedules, prioritize urgent repairs, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and upgrade existing systems for improved performance. Maintain detailed records of service activities, system configurations, repairs, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards across all technical operations. Skills Proven experience in technical troubleshooting, system maintenance, and repair within a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members effectively. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
