Technology Technician - ESC of Medina County Join our team and help support the technology that powers today's classrooms! We are seeking a full time, dependable and customer-focused Technology Technician to provide technical support in one of our customer districts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working with a variety of devices, and making a positive impact on students and staff. Responsibilities - Technology Technician Provide technical support for classroom technology, including PCs, iPads, Chromebooks, interactive displays, and other educational devices. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Perform maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on computer hardware and related equipment. Support and work within the Google Workspace for Education environment. Deliver friendly, professional technical assistance to teachers, staff, and students. Help users become more confident and effective with technology through guidance and support. Qualifications - Technology Technician The ideal candidate will have: Experience, training, or demonstrated ability to support technology in an educational or business environment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience maintaining and repairing computer hardware. Working knowledge of Google Workspace for Education. Excellent communication and customer service skills. The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
Compensation Pay:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
