Starting at $40,000 / year (DOE)

Position Overview We are seeking an organized, motivated Entry-Level IT Technician to join our team. This role offers a balanced mix of in-office ticket resolution, internal training, and assisting senior technicians on-site. If you have a passion for technology, strong customer service skills, and a drive to develop your skill set into advanced technician roles, this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities Technical Support:
Resolve entry-level tickets, configure user workstations, and troubleshoot basic software/hardware issues.
UniFi & Network Systems:
Assist in setting up, deploying, and maintaining UniFi hardware and network infrastructure.
Field Support:
Accompany and assist senior Onsite Technicians on client sites.
Bench Operations & Inventory:
Manage light inventory, stage new hardware, and keep the workbench/shop area clean and structured.
Client Service:
Provide friendly, professional support over the phone, via email, and in person.
Special Projects:
Complete assigned setup, administrative, and technical tasks as needed. Schedule & On-Call Expectations Standard working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM .
Weekend Emergency On-Call:
Participation in a rotating remote Saturday on-call schedule for urgent client issues and emergency response. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (IT certifications like Cyber Security, CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a bonus). Foundational understanding of hardware, operating systems, and networking basics. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills. Valid driver's license and insurance with a clean driving record and reliable transportation (required for client site visits). Performance & Career Advancement Milestones 30
