Job Description
Part time - 14 hours/week
Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and moving Chromebooks, personal computers, peripherals, network printers and other network equipment in MS Windows and Google Apps environments.
Performing analytical problem solving and planning for a diverse customer base including, students, teachers, assorted support staff and administrators.
Testing fixes to ensure problem has been adequately resolved
Handling general Help Desk requests including those related to software
Troubleshooting network performance and connectivity issues and running and terminating network wiring
Maintaining inventory tracking and Help Desk ticketing system
Maintaining both verbal and written positive communication.
Maintaining a neat and clean work area, and well-organized filing system.
Being flexible in work schedule based on district need
Performing other duties as required to meet departmental and organizational objectives.
