Travel:
Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga & Jackson, TN Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Deployment Team Member to support the delivery, installation, configuration, and deployment of laptops and other technology equipment across multiple locations in Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IT deployment, computer hardware installation, workstation setup, troubleshooting, and end-user support . This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel to various deployment sites. Key Responsibilities Deliver, install, and configure computers and laptops. Prepare workstations, peripherals, and software for deployment. Install and configure computer hardware and related equipment. Maintain accurate equipment deployment and status records. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues onsite or remotely. Provide support and assistance to end users. Follow established safety procedures and deployment best practices. Maintain organized and clean deployment/storage areas. Collaborate effectively with deployment team members. Travel to multiple locations throughout Tennessee as required. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in IT deployment, hardware installation, desktop support, or a similar technical role . Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation. Ability to travel between multiple Tennessee locations. Ability to lift, push, and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. Preferred Technical certifications are a plus. Experience with laptop/computer deployment and workstation configuration. Experience providing onsite technical support.
