Hardware Technician

Description Client is looking for hardware specialist to help inventory hardware and software and send out to Quest labs. Will be receiving inventory, scanning it in and helping distribute to various Quest locations. Skills Hardware, Windows Top Skills Details Hardware,Windows Additional Skills & Qualifications his position is responsible for the comprehensive support and management of IT hardware and infrastructure within our laboratory operations. The role encompasses all tactical aspects of Regional Field IT Support, including inventory and asset management, Tier-2 troubleshooting, and ensuring the operational readiness of all IT systems. This includes, but is not limited to, specialized Quanum hardware, desktop computers, voice and data networks, LIS/BIS equipment, and various imaging systems.

Basic Purpose:

This position is responsible for all tactical aspects of delivering Regional Field IT Support services for Business Units within a Region, as it relates to supporting laboratory operations. These services include Tier-2 Field IT support, voice communications, data networking, desktop, LIS/BIS equipment, imaging systems, facility systems, security administration, and asset management. Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
