This individual will assist with device deployment, hardware setup, user support, and basic troubleshooting. • Knowledge of PC hardware, laptops, desktops, and peripherals
• Experience with Active Directory
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with installing and troubleshooting business applications
• CJIS Certification
• Experience supporting a government organization
