Requires broad technical knowledge of PC troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, and repair . Prefer those with experience in managing and deploying devices through Microsoft Intune. Possess strong administrative skills with Microsoft 365 (M365) services. Proficient in mobile device management (MDM), including configuring and troubleshooting iOS devices.

Schedule :
Monday through Friday, 8:00a-5:00p Hiring range is generally between $25.95-$31.10 , and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience Key responsibilities: Troubleshoot and assist in the resolution of user reported hardware/software problems, and make repairs to computers/laptops/printers/communication connections Build/deploy new PC/laptop/thin client hardware and software utilizing both approved Windows image tools and basic operating system media Run basic diagnostic tests Manage warranty/non-warranty service issues with third-party vendors
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year of relevant work experience required . Experience working with technical hardware such as processors, memory, hard drives , NIC's, required . A+ certification strongly preferred. Valid Driver's License in good standing. Driving record must meet Vancouver Clinic standards. Pay Range:
$25.44 - $35.61 The above information is intended to indicate the general nature and level of work required in this position.
