Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Product Analyst to support the development and delivery of technical products within an Agile environment. This role involves managing and refining product backlogs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of product features that meet customer and business needs. The position is open to candidates with varying levels of experience, ranging from junior to senior, and requires strong analytical, communication, and execution skills. Key Responsibilities Review internal systems and platforms and recommend enhancements, feature updates, and bug fixes Manage and refine the product backlog, including writing and prioritizing user stories Facilitate Agile Scrum processes, remove impediments, and support delivery of sprint goals and objectives Research market trends and create product requirements documentation Develop understanding of industry standards, technologies, and integration best practices Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to support product implementation Work with QA and project management teams to support acceptance testing and release processes Assist in developing user guides, training materials, and training schedules for stakeholders Participate in planning future product enhancements and releases Analyze product performance and user metrics post-release to identify improvement opportunities Build relationships across teams to support product delivery and alignment with business strategies Required Qualifications Experience working in Agile environments (minimum 2 years for mid-level roles) Experience as a Product Owner or supporting product backlog management and user story creation Experience delivering product features and capabilities Experience working with AWS and integration technologies such as API management Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience) Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile Scrum Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and matrixed environment Preferred Qualifications Experience developing innovative technical products Experience working with third-party APIs and open-source components Ability to influence stakeholders and drive product decisions Experience managing or supporting a product or service end-to-end
