Job Description

Unleash your expertise in product development and optimization by leveraging user research, analyzing metrics, and collaborating with a high-impact product team. As a Senior Product Associate in the Credit Solutions Team , you help shape and improve product experiences by translating customer needs into clear requirements. You partner across design, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver value through a disciplined, data-informed product lifecycle. Job responsibilities Partner with the Product Manager to identify product opportunities through customer discovery and market research Conduct and support user research activities, including interviews, journey mapping, and feedback synthesis Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, epics, and user stories Evaluate upstream and downstream impacts of feature changes to ensure a cohesive end-to-end experience Define, track, and interpret product performance metrics to guide prioritization and continuous improvement Monitor delivery outcomes against time, cost, and quality targets across the product development lifecycle Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align roadmap execution, scope, and delivery milestones Communicate product decisions and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and delivery partners Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 3 years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in product management or a closely related domain Working knowledge of the product development lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration Experience supporting discovery, requirements definition, and backlog refinement Ability to use qualitative and quantitative inputs to inform product decisions Developing proficiency in data literacy and basic product analytics Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience applying user research insights to roadmap prioritization and feature design Familiarity with agile product practices and writing clear acceptance criteria Experience partnering with design and engineering teams to deliver iterative improvements Ability to create simple, compelling narratives that align stakeholders to decisions Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
