at Insight Global in Rosemont, Illinois, United States Job Description Job Description Own the full requirements and delivery lifecycle for an engineering pod Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts Define requirements, root causes, solution options, and project scope Investigate existing system behavior through code reviews, database queries, and API interactions Create epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and integration specifications Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate requirements creation and documentation Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, and business alignment Maintain domain knowledge bases, business rules, and technical documentation Manage and prioritize the product backlog Partner with Product Management on roadmap initiatives and feasibility assessments Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams on integrations and solution design Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives Validate delivered functionality and review pull requests against acceptance criteria

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Product Owner, AI-Native Solutions Engineering for a leading legal technology and financial services organization. This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, owning the end-to-end requirements and delivery lifecycle within an Agile environment. The ideal candidate combines strong product ownership experience with technical expertise across APIs, databases, architecture, and software development concepts. This role will heavily leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate requirements gathering, user story creation, and process documentation while ensuring quality and accuracy. The Technical Product Owner will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver innovative solutions that streamline complex operational workflows and improve customer outcomes.
