Job Description Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a talented Senior Product Associate to join their growing product management team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role serves as a critical support function within the product organization, partnering closely with Product Managers and IT teams to deliver technology-enabled capabilities that drive business outcomes. • Support Product Managers in gathering and documenting business requirements for technology solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business processes and strategic initiatives
• Develop deep subject matter expertise (SME) and domain knowledge in assigned business processes and product areas over time
• Partner with IT delivery teams operating in agile frameworks, functioning in a product owner capacity and working directly with engineering teams of approximately six engineers
• Assist in road map planning, capability prioritization, and tracking of deliverables using tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Contribute to stakeholder communication efforts by helping document and communicate the status of product capabilities and initiatives
• Review and advise on job aids, training materials, and documentation related to newly released capabilities as needed
• Collaborate with teams working on technologies such as Genesys Cloud (IVR/contact center), NICE, Intradiem, Appian (workflow orchestration), ACE (internal processing application), and data/API platforms

• 3-5+ years of experience in a product associate, product owner, or equivalent role within a technology-driven environment (title flexibility considered if scope of work aligns)
• Demonstrated experience working within agile methodologies, including participation in sprint ceremonies and collaboration with engineering teams in a product owner capacity
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for backlog management, documentation, and lifecycle tracking
• Familiarity or working knowledge of contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys, NICE, Intradiem), workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Appian), or data/API platforms — direct experience preferred, awareness considered
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technology requirements and serve as a conduit between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams
• Experience in or exposure to financial services, investment management, or high-volume transaction environments (trade settlement, risk, regulatory awareness) strongly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear documentation, PowerPoint presentations, and stakeholder-facing materials
