Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner to join our team and lead the charge in delivering innovative payment solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with a talented team to drive impactful projects in the financial technology space. Responsibilities Oversee the execution of Real-Time Payments and Zelle transaction processing within the Money Movement Platform. Lead a team in creating requirements, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Manage the product backlog and collaborate with various stakeholders to align on product vision and priorities. Facilitate communication across departments regarding product development and performance metrics. Present product updates and strategies to peers and senior leadership, fostering collaborative discussions. Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field. 5-8 years of experience in product management, particularly within payments and financial services. Strong understanding of Real-Time Payments, Zelle, and ISO payment standards. Proven ability to lead teams in an agile environment and manage complex programs effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Preferred Skills Experience with product development in an Agile setting. Background in competitive market analysis and strategic planning. Familiarity with payment processing systems and related technologies.
