The immediate priority is to rapidly deliver an MVP portal for Disability, covering both the Claimant and Customer experience, with the roadmap set to expand into the broader Absence experience across our full product portfolio and integration with the FINEOS Claims platform. This is a fast-moving environment with a tight delivery timeline, so you'll need to be comfortable operating with pace, autonomy, and ambiguity - taking ownership of delivery in your area, working closely with Engineering, UX, and Business stakeholders, and getting into the detail rather than waiting for direction.

A strong understanding of front-end systems and how technical solutions translate into the end-user experience. The ability to operate independently and with a high level of autonomy, taking ownership, working through ambiguity and driving clarity where required. Highly Beneficial Experience Experience delivering self-built portals Experience with employee and/or employer portals Group Benefits experience, particularly Disability, Absence or LTD Experience supporting Claims or Admin capabilities Key Candidate Attributes Assertive, proactive and a strong self-starter Comfortable taking direction while also showing significant initiative Able to operate independently rather than simply waiting for instruction Comfortable working through ambiguity and identifying gaps Experienced operating "in the weeds" of large-scale, complex programmes Comfortable escalating issues and driving clarity when required Apply NowBenefits
