Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and talented Business Alignment Owner to join the newly established Business Alignment Team. This team serves as the strategic link between Operations, Product, and the PBMs, ensuring that operational needs, efficiencies, and insights are embedded into strategy, development, and delivery. This Business Alignment Owner will be responsible for internal and external call center systems that enable and enhance Operations, and will partner closely with Product to drive alignment, value realization, and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently, and is attentive to detail. Occasional travel may be required.
Essential Job Responsibilities Include:
Strategy, Vision & Stakeholder Alignment Drive transparency, governance, and cross-functional alignment across business and technical teams. Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to key business stakeholders. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to influence and drive change. Inspire a culture focused on leveraging tools to better support how we work and deliver excellence. Provide clear, data-driven product status updates to Operations leadership, including executive reporting on performance, risks, dependencies, and budget. Product Alignment & Backlog Management Own and manage the business backlog across assigned products, prioritizing features based on business value and impact. Drive standards for intake, evaluation, prioritization, and execution of product enhancements. Identify, create, and prioritize product enhancement tickets. Provide scope and priority clarification in backlog refinement and sprint planning meetings. Ensure user acceptance testing (UAT) for Operations is completed prior to code release. Regularly gather feedback from end-users on features or capabilities to improve usability and success. Program Execution & Delivery Management Coordinate cross-functional planning and execution for product development and release. Lead change management for programs and products, ensuring end-user readiness and adoption. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Manage projects independently and escalate issues as appropriate. Required Skills /
Experience:
Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required. 4+ years in operations, process improvement, or product/technology. 2+ years in pharmacy benefits or related industry. 2+ years' resource management experience. 2+ years of experience or familiarity with call center protocols. Experience with development or launch of call center technology (ex: IVA, IVR, agent portal). Working proficiency of company standard MS Windows and associated office productivity software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and launch internal-facing products or platforms, ensuring alignment and successful go-to-market execution. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn the intricate details of the most complex products and processes, translating that expertise into understandable information to any audience.
