As a Product Owner III within PNC's Retail lending organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA; Wilmington, DE; Miamisburg or Cleveland, OH; Birmingham, AL; Washington, DC; or Charlotte, NC.

• Own the product vision; represent the customer and align priorities to business value and outcomes.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog; write clear user stories/acceptance criteria and lead ongoing backlog refinement.
• Partner with Scrum Master(s) and delivery teams through agile ceremonies to clarify scope, make day-to-day product decisions, and keep delivery on track.
• Define and track KPIs; use analytics, research, and customer insights to optimize the end-to-end experience.
• Review and accept completed work; validate against requirements and communicate delivered value and iteration outcomes to stakeholders.
• Collaborate and drive partnerships cross-functionally (Product, Technology, Operations, business partners) and support risk, compliance, audit, and application-owner responsibilities as needed.

Ensures the Scrum Team(s) effort is concentrated on the right priorities based on business value. Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to ensure a successful product for business objectives. $91,000.00 - $185,900.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
