Job Summary The Product Owner - B2B & EDI Integrations is responsible for defining and executing the vision, roadmap, and product strategy for enterprise B2B integration and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) platform capabilities. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, customers, trading partners, and technology teams to deliver scalable integration solutions that enhance customer and partner experiences, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth. This position is required to report to the Somerset, NJ office location on a hybrid basis. Role Description Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for B2B integration and EDI platform capabilities. Partner with business stakeholders, customers, trading partners, and engineering teams to prioritize integration initiatives that improve customer and partner experiences. Drive modernization efforts related to EDI, cXML, trading partner onboarding, and integration platform adoption. Translate business processes and partner requirements into prioritized product features, enhancements, and technical solutions. Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, acceptance criteria definition, and product release prioritization activities. Define, monitor, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transaction success rates, onboarding velocity, platform stability, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with operations, support, and engineering teams to improve platform scalability, observability, reliability, and overall maturity. Communicate roadmap progress, risks, priorities, and business value delivery to leadership and key stakeholders.
