is currently hiring a Senior Product Owner for one of their clients. Roles & Responsibilities Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product management, and engineering teams . Manage and prioritize the product backlog , ensuring alignment with business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility . Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Agile development teams. Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives . Work closely with Scrum Masters, developers, QA teams, UX/UI designers, and architects to ensure successful product delivery. Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept, development, testing, release, and post-launch optimization. Gather and analyze customer feedback, product analytics, and market insights to improve product features and usability. Define and track product KPIs, metrics, and performance indicators . Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, compliance, and security standards . Support release planning, go-to-market strategies, and product adoption initiatives . Mentor junior product owners and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement . Required Qualifications 15+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis roles. Strong hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks . Proven expertise in Product Backlog Management, User Story Mapping, and Requirement Prioritization . Experience working with enterprise-scale applications, digital products, or SaaS platforms . Strong experience with product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar tools . Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities . Experience with data-driven product development and product analytics tools . Knowledge of API integrations, microservices architecture, and cloud-based platforms is preferred. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration . Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification is a plus.

Educational Qualification :
