$65-75/hr W2 We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable requirements for Agile development teams. This is a highly hands-on role focused on requirements gathering, user stories, backlog management, workflow design, and collaboration with engineering teams. Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders, Product Managers, UX, and Engineering teams to define product requirements Create user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and supporting documentation Manage and prioritize product backlogs in Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or similar tools Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and other Agile ceremonies Collaborate closely with development teams to clarify requirements and remove delivery blockers Gather stakeholder feedback and translate business processes into development-ready solutions Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve product delivery Leverage AI tools to enhance analysis, documentation, and product development processes Required Qualifications 7+ years of Product Owner, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related experience Strong experience developing user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements, and process documentation Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or similar backlog management tools Experience working directly with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills Healthcare, supply chain, pharmacy, medical device, med-surg, or related healthcare industry experience Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI-enabled products or productivity tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT Experience with user journey mapping and workflow design Experience supporting complex integrations, enterprise applications, or data-intensive products Familiarity with product roadmaps and prioritization Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams and translating stakeholder needs into development-ready requirements Please apply if you meet the qualifications and are interested in a hybrid opportunity in DFW. #LI-KS1 #LI-Hybrid #TECH
