Volt is immediately hiring a Scrum Master in San Diego, CA . As a Scrum Master , you will : Support Agile operations for up to 3 teams by planning, scheduling, and facilitating Agile events Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure the teams work delivers value Remove obstacles hindering progress and coach teams on Agile values, artifacts and goals This is a 12-to-15-month temp assignment, working 100% onsite at the San Diego Facility. May have potential to go temp to hire.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm plus overtime as needed.
The ideal candidate will have:
Business Analysis:
Identify business needs and suggest value-driven solutions.
Decision Making:
Analyze situations and make informed decisions.
Communication:
Effectively share and interpret information.
Software Change Request Management:
Handle software change requests from various sources.
Software Engineering:
Deliver new or improved software products.
Software Problem Management:
Manage and resolve software issues.
Product Business Knowledge:
Understand software product operations and future plans.
User Acceptance Testing:
Design and assess acceptance tests for users.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Agile Certification with 4+ years as Scrum Master in software development. 2+ years of Azure DevOps experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 4+ years in Manufacturing Operations software. Knowledge of IIoT manufacturing tech, IoT hardware/software, and agile tools.
Pay Rate:
$50.00 to $55.27 per hour DOE Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should
