Job Description

Job Description Our client, a large insurance organization, is seeking a Scrum Master II to support cybersecurity and infrastructure teams as they continue adopting and maturing Agile practices. This person will work closely with InfoSec, Infrastructure, Product/Project Managers, and technical team leads to improve visibility, workflow, prioritization, and delivery across teams operating in both Kanban and sprint-based environments. The ideal candidate has experience supporting security or infrastructure-focused teams, can help establish and improve Jira boards and workflows, and is comfortable driving Agile adoption in operational environments that are not centered solely around traditional software development.   • 3-5+ years of Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar experience supporting technical teams.
  • Hands-on experience with both Kanban and Scrum/sprint-based delivery models.
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity, InfoSec, infrastructure, IT operations, or similarly technical shared-services teams.
  • Strong Jira experience, including managing boards, workflows, backlogs, blockers, dependencies, and team visibility.
  • Experience driving Agile adoption and helping teams improve process, transparency, collaboration, and delivery flow.
  • Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with both Jira and ServiceNow in ticket-driven or operational environments.
  • Experience supporting infrastructure or cloud/infrastructure enablement teams in addition to cybersecurity.
  • Experience leading teams through a transition to Kanban or establishing Agile processes from the ground up.
  • Experience supporting multiple teams simultaneously and coordinating across PMs, managers, and technical stakeholders.
